Legal Notice Ads
The Bradford County Law Journal (BCLJ) is published weekly by Clare Printing, Sayre, PA. The BCLJ includes reviews of current cases of interest; all county legal advertisements including notices of estates, incorporations, fictitious names, change of name notices, sheriff’s sales and miscellaneous legal notices; court announcements; and classified advertisements. The BCLJ is designated by local court rule as the legal periodical for the publication of all legal notices.
Subscriptions are available to businesses and to the general public at an annual subscription rate of $100.00 per year.
How to Submit a Legal Ad
All legal ads must be submitted in typewritten form and are published exactly as submitted by the advertiser. The Law Journal assumes no responsibility to edit, make spelling corrections, eliminate errors in grammar or make any changes in content.
The following forms can be used to submit an ad to the Law Journal. These forms are provided solely as templates and do not represent legal advertising advice. BCLJ and Clare Printing do not provide legal advice. Please consult an attorney if you have any questions.
*Advertisers can expect a confirmation email response to any notices sent electronically. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the office to ensure the notice was received.
Payment Information
- Prepayment is required in order for the ad to run. Please make sure to check whether you will be paying by check or would you like a call to pay by card.

Submission Deadlines
- SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 10:30 a.m. on Monday for Tuesday’s Issue.
- Early deadline requirements for holidays are published in the Law Journal at least two weeks prior.
- For Memorial Day and Labor Day, the deadline is the Friday before at 10:30 am.
- For floating holidays that fall on Mondays, the submission deadline will be the Friday before at 10:30 am.

ALL OTHER LEGAL NOTICES: ($57 for the first 40 lines and then $1 for all additional lines. Includes proof of publication.)
